We visited Western branch Animal Hospital and saw Dr. Caroline Bundy. She insisted my dog needed surgery and we needed x rays. that my dog may in fact be in operable and need to be put to sleep. ( 3 year old pit terrier, with a limp)we never got the x rays at the vet, yet they still called with results from the xrays, saying we needed to get surgery on both my dogs legs.shocking, awful, terrible experience there.i would never reccomend it.

I have been taking my cats to this clinic for over 10 years. I love the doctors, it doesn't matter which one (although I do have favorites). The doctors and staff are all very compassionate toward you and your animals needs. You can tell they are all heartfelt animal lovers. I have several neighbors that feel the same way. I would recommend them to anyone.

Everyone on staff is extremely compassionate. The facility is very clean at all times. Their 'open door' policy is reassuring and very convenient.The doctors make themselves available for pet owners' questions and telephone the pet owners with progress reports throughout, including following your pet's progress post-discharge. The trio of veterinarians consult with each other regarding your pet's care; you can feel confident that any doctor on call or in the facility is sufficiently knowledgeable regarding each patient's case and will be consistent with his/her care.The facility is very well staffed with plenty of vet techs and associates on hand, but not so many that they become a blur of faces. Each one takes the time to introduce him/herself and gets to know you and your pet on a personal level. They provide quality support and services for the facility but, more importantly, they offer encouragement and emotional support when you need it most.
