My house sparkles, smells fresh, and is so neat--and I didn't have to lift a finger!!! And my Molly Maids are friendly, courteous and totally trustworthy!!! They are the BEST all-around!!

Both my husband and I enjoy coming home on the day that Molly Maid comes to our house. Everthing looks so nice and the house smells so clean. We both have very busy schedules and I cannot begin to tell you how much the pleasure of having Molly Maid on our team really means to us.

My house looks great! I called to let the folks know how terrific my girls did as usual and they suggested I write my compliment here on line., and I am happy to out of all the times they have come to clean only once have I had an issue minor at that. I addressed it with the supervisor and I have never had the the problem again. Molly Maids have been cleaning my house for almost6 years

The office staff was polite, informative, and very helpful customizing my cleaning needs. The team they sent me went to work right away and cleaned my house from top to bottom. They were very friendly and I could tell they took pride in what they did. I will refer my friends and family to Molly Maid!

While in general they did a good job, I was stunned that they use FEATHER DUSTERS, which only push the dust around and leave feathers behind IN EVERY ROOM (seriously!). Plus, they would be 1.5-2 hours late at least once a month - I couldn't handle that with other commitments. I stay home because of the number of pets, so time is important to me, and I HAD made that very clear at the initial interview. I finally fired them.
