STAY AWAY! Worst experience I have ever had, anywhere! Horrible experience with not only store manager but also the general general manager. Tech admittingly broke my iPhone. My iPhone screen that was cracked in one area but completely functional other than that was returned to me in non working condition. After having my phone for eight hours, having me drive back and forth five times to the store, attempting to replace two different screens on it, and finally telling me there was nothing they could do except dig my old cracked screen out of the trash in order to give me a refund, I finally went to the Apple Store like I should have in the first place. I had to pay $700 for a new phone and batteries plus bulbs didn't even have the deciency to voluntarily refund the purchase of the screen after admitting it was their fault. I was informed by an apple tech that the proximity sensor was not removed from the cracked screen properly, and should have been transferred to the new screen. Extremely disappointed with the customer service, they were so rude and I had a manager tell me "well that's not going to happen" when I calmly and simply asked for a refund and explained the situation. Even if I would have let them put the cracked screen back on, it would have been doing the same thing and would not work as There would have been no proximity sensor. You are trusting the techs with your phone and expect that they know how to fix iPhone screens. This previously frequent customer will NEVER be going back! CROOKED, FRAUDULENT BUSINESS, who cannot perform.

Its just this particular location. Bad customer service. Was barely acknowledged when I walked into the store. The two men that worked used hesitant eye language to determine who should help me. The person that did help me was rude when I asked about a battery. And he didn't even put the battery in the bag when I checked out.
