Michael S. Bowser, Jr. is a 1989 graduate of Providence College. He obtained his Juries Doctor from Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire in 1994 and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar that same year. He was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar in 1996. Attorney Bowser is a trial lawyer handling criminal defense and plaintiff's personal injury litigation. Attorney Bowser has defended clients charged with a variety of criminal offenses and in the past several years has successfully defended hundreds of cases for clients charged with drunk driving, Operating Under the Influence (OUI) in Massachusetts and Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) in New Hampshire.
Steven M. Vaillan court graduated magna cum laude from Northeastern University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. After working for a year as a legal assistant at a prominent law firms in Boston, he went on to attend Suffolk University School of Law where he graduated cum laude and earned his Juries Doctorate in 1996. While Attorney Vaillan court focus's primarily on the defense of those accused of drunk driving, Attorney Vaillan court has enjoyed success litigating a variety of cases including all types of criminal and civil matters.
