Sadly, the website was down yesterday so a review could not be left there.How appalling that a business would not honor their own website advertisement for guaranteed satisfaction...filing complaints with the BBB and the state consumer affairs! The flowers received were poor quality and great expense. No value there and no value in the total disregard received from David Parks and staff! Cheryl

I am sorry to give this company even one star as they have shown such lack of respect during the death of our friends mother with shoddy work and terrible customer service! And further there is no adherence even to their own 100% satisfaction guarantee. Beyond words!!!!Mary T.

It is ashame that a business with longevity could take such a downward turn. I daw the pitiful piece that was presented to my friend for her mothers casket insert. If there was any question as to the capability of the staff at Joys then that should have been up front. It is nit so much about wilted prchids and green unbloomed Lillies and cheap ribbon. It is about honor... Customer service and integrity to which this business has shown it has none. And to try to stifle opinion by taking down their facebook webpage further confirms the lacking within the staff and management.

I ordered 2 arrangements from. FTD. They pick the flocks florist closest to the recipient's address. One was sent to Memorial Hospital and were beautiful. The florist was Blooms. The other went to my mother. Joys did hers and it was terrible looking. FTD made them do it over. When Joys called my Mom and were very rude. No apology or anything. I would never use them and have told several people. I had never heard of Blooms but they did a wonderful job.

I cannot give even one star as a rating. The flowers I ordered were dropped at the front porch while we were out. The hot afternoon sun wilted them. When I called to report this the next day, the clerk at the shop said it was my fault and there was nothing she could do to help. I pointed out the guarantee the shop prints on the website...she refused to honor that.

I have used Joy's flowers for a long time and they have always come through for me! They have delivered flowers at the last minute without any hassle and they always create stunning flower arrangements. They even did an amazing job on the flowers for my wedding. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
