I originally found DHPM as I was looking for a center that offered PRP injections for the spine, and they were one of the few in the region to do so. Their clinic offers treatments that I have not seen at other chiropractic centers, or even at Carolina Neurosurgery & Spine Associates. They were able to identify aspects of my DDD that no other location I have been to recognized. The doctors, including the founder of the facility met with my on my first two visits to review my condition, somewhat extensively, which seems rare. They have made sure my insurance is covering as much as possible and thus far I have not paid a dime out of pocket. I was on the verge of paying 2 grand at Infinite Wellness before finding this center. It is definitely worth a checking out!

I highly recommend Dynamic to anyone dealing with back pain. I had extreme back lower back pain and could barely walk two weeks before I had a 17 HR flight and two week stay in China. My friend who has debilitating back issues swears by Dynamics and made me go there instead of a regular chiropractor. This was the best decision I could have made. They had me feeling 90 % better within a week and a half and allowed me to make my trip to China with minimal pain. The doctors, process and technology are beyond anything you will see at a general chiropractor. This is the only place that I will ever go again for any back or joint pain that I may have.

I've been in severe pain for over 7 years. I've changed doctors about 4 times in the last 4 years. I was sent to different kinds of therapist for pain and told to pull my boot up by the straps and walk it off and another therapist told me to put my thoughts in a box , lock it up and throw it away. I've gone to a RA doctor who told me there was nothing anyone could do for me and suggested I go to Duke. I've been on so many pills with horrible side effects, like memory loss, weight gain, swelling in legs and feet, and so much more. You name it I've probably been on it.
