I have had my hair cut by Michelle, Becca, and Heather. While Heather is my favorite, I know I can go to just about any of the employees there and good a good highlight and layers cut into my hair. If you can go early in the day you might get to be a walk-in, but on busy nights you will have to wait for a basic cut, and anything more than that you will need an appointment. The folks who work there are honest enough to tell you if they can it you in (if a walk-in) rather than have you wait forever.

I've always had great service here. Just don't plan on walking in late in the day on the busiest nights and expect an appointment. You can call ahead for an appointment - I recommend Heather.

The price may be lower than other salons, but you get what you pay for. The staff is often on the phone. They are shorthanded it seems all the time. They do not give you the attention you deserve nor always listen to what you want done with your haircut.
