paid 90 dollars for a delivery and they want me to come and get package!!! Really!!! WTF!!! I need them to deliver---just throw it on the porch----I cant miss work to wait around for them the maybe show up!!!

This place if a joke. I set at the door of my house for a full day waiting on the delivery of my package, with no result. I looked at my tracking information at 5 pm and the driver had put in that the customer was unavailable, which was not true. So I set another full day waiting on the package, and yet again I get nothing but disappointment. I contacted FedEx, who still didn't give me answers. I am currently waiting on my package that was supposed to be here two days ago. Thank you FedEx for such wonderful service, said no one ever!!!

I am very fed up with fed ex. I ordered a phone from att and paid for overnight delivery. The next day I was expecting my package and checked the status of it and it said delivered and left at the garage. Problem is I don't have a garage. It's been 4 days and I still have no answers or package. I would love to get my hands on the idiot driver that just dropped my 315$ package off at the wrong place and then we had a real bad storm that evening. I'm very frustrated and will only ship with ups now. Thanks for the headache FedEx.

I would not even give them a full star but you can not give less. If you are wanting anything delivered on time or of any importance I would recommend UPS or USPS. When you choose Saturday delivery and pay for a Saturday delivery thats what you would expect, but not with Fedex. That means Monday by 4:00pm.
