Worst customer service form 80% of the staff. 3 eye exams and still incorrect. Optometrist is separate from the store so corporate can do nothing. They will file against your insurance and will not refund your insurance company. You will make numerous visits before your problem is resolved and so on and so on.... Corporate customer service is of no help either. Shop elsewhere!

My wife and I had the same problems very rude and was treated like second class people after paying $$$$$$hundreds of dollars for my wife and I on our glasses Beware they are nice at the first visit, but if you have any problems with your glasses or addjustments or bi focal lines not right they act like we were the ones that made the mistakes, We are not eye doctors nor eye techs. We wont be back to spend another dime, My wife left out of the building in tears and was just appauled that we were treated so bad and we had all the upgrades including the transtional lens and sunglasses and tint and the upgrade on non scatch we will go back to lens crafters at least we were treated with kindness and compassion. So dont waste your money or your time unless you have a simple kind of perscription.

Seen Doctor Collen Hennelly the first week of September and expressed that I have issues with getting the correct perscription for my eyes. She assured me that my eyes would adjust to the script she wrote, After I spent $300.00 and wearing them for 2 weeks, the script was still not correct. I went back into the store a 2 weeks later to explain the script for my glasses are still not correct, she examined my eyes again and said its only off a little, Well my script has to be on point, I haul gas for a living and if my vision isnt on the money "a little off is script makes a huge difference". I went back to the store explaining the problems I was treated rudley saying its only off a little bit and it was no big deal, But I ask you when you are hauling 80k lbs of Gas is it a big deal? Well of course it is. I would never dream to have been treated this way by a professionals, I took the new script to the tech that make the glasses he said its not big of a deal WRONG I Will never go back!!!
