i ordered flowers for my granddaughter and a plant garden for my daughter to be delivered on Thursday. they never arrived nor was I notified. when I emailed to find out what happened I was told that there was a delay in receiving one of the plants and my order would be upgraded for free and it would be sent the next day. on Saturday I called to find out where where my order was and was told they would check and call me back within 2 minutes as they were very busy an hour and a half later I called again to be told that the order was again delayed and would be sent on Monday when I asked why I was not informed the girl told me that I did not need to be rude they were very busy. order cancelled would never use this florist again!

I used to work in town, near Fresh Cut Flowers and saw a constant stream of beautiful floral arrangements walk out the door. I told my husband the next time he got me flowers to please call Fresh Cut Flowers. A few months ago, he sent me two dozen roses. It was by far the most beautiful bouquet of roses I've ever seen! and my Facebook friends agreed! Not just the roses themselves, but the fillers and balance of the arrangement...it was gorgeous!! I will not hesitate to call Fresh Cut Flowers for my local floral needs.

I called the shop at about 3:30PM and asked for a same day delivery of a very specific arrangement and these folks delivered my lady a beautiful arrangement by about 5:15 PM that day. That's what I call customer service. You can't ask for better. Thank you from a very happy Charles Town customer. I'll be back again and again.

I tired to order flowers from this shop today and they were very rude on the phone and did not care for my business. This was for a funeral so its bad enough so I cancelled the order and placed them at Village Florist, they were so nice and MUCH easier to deal with!

If your looking for the BEST flower shop ... This is the place. The attention to detail is OUT OF THIS WORLD! I have never seen roses the size they offer! The customer service is A1! Friendly and priced very well. I have now used them several times and I would not consider any other business in the area to take care of me. If you are considering them, LOOK NO MORE! Fresh Cut Flowers handled the casket arrangement for my father-in-law's funeral... The day of the funeral, we went to pick up the flowers and were literally speechless!! The casket spray was enormous with such a variety of wonderful flowers!! Every "special" variety we had requested were artfully incorporated into the design. All guests received that day were amazed at such a wonderful display. I think it may have helped such an occasion to be a little more joyful in sending my wife's father to his final resting place. Five stars is not enough to give and to say that my wedding bouquet "made my wedding day" is an understatement. This man went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the flowers for my wedding were beautiful and EXACTLY what I wanted (no joke - they were the most beautiful bouquets and boutonnieres I have ever laid eyes upon) at a very reasonable price. So, needless to say, the flowers literally made my day!! I have since exclusively used and will continue to use Fresh Cut Flowers as my one and only source of flower arrangements of any kind and I will continue to spread the word about my own experience wherever/whenever I have an opportunity. Thank you, again and again!!

Highly recommend - very extravagant arrangements and displays! I will never use any of the other florists in the J-Co area. Magnolia Tree wouldn't even accept the online booking through the major floral companies when I was out of town trying to send flowers to a funeral. The owner is a very professional and uses supplies of the highest quality.

Fantastic unique designs, at a reasonable price!! I HIGHLY recommend this business!
