They do not answer a phone, hard to find and when I showed up 15 minutes before 3PM the woman refused to give me my package. She had nothing else to do. And I explained that the UPS phone person told me they were open 5* -8 and the website said 8-5. Still refused to help.

Not too happy with this center. Had to go into center to pick up the package myself because the UPS delivery guy couldn't wait for my signature. All kinds of problems with this service center.

No one is there on Saturday. Nice. My package was guaranteed Friday, got delayed, and was delivered to Chapel Hill at 2 a.m. on Saturday morning. However, they won't deliver it until Monday and I can't pick it up myself, so the package I was really counting on has to sit ten miles from my house for two days. Come on, UPS, you're a massive corporation. Spend $50 on someone to open the doors for a couple hours.
