Poor cust relations-will incur $100s in additional costs upon measurement, don't dispose of counters
They were recommended to us, but things must have changed, for their service was terrible. They had only one sales... (More) They were recommended to us, but things must have changed, for their service was terrible. They had only one sales rep for the entire company, and we had to wait nearly 1 1/2 hours to receive service. Upon measurement, they had told us that we would have to pay over $400 additional for braces and would be cutting a separate square granite piece to go into a corner without justifiable cause. We were also told to remove the tile above the backsplash on stove and countertops would not be broken down into small enough pieces for the trash service to take, causing us to have to rent a vehicle just for the disposal. We called them to cancel within 1 hour-it took them 3 days to respond. Sales dept stated there would be a meas fee of $175-$200. Mgr stated there was a $1000+ fee--tried to speak with Ops Mgr, he interrupted repeatedly, was very rude and hung up on us. Sales made no statement of a 20% canx fee which they placed at the end of a pamphlet which was a "guide."  (Hide)
