U found that the employee that i dealt with when i took in a few items to be 'rude'. perhaps a session of customer service would be appropriate! i had always found the employees to be friendly and helpful until i had items to consign! He acted like he couldn't be bothered!

These folks are crooks. They picked up thousands of dollars of stuff from my deceased mother: just got a check for $179.00. They tried to get off with less than $100, then "upon checking": gave the other $100 to another customer so sent a check for the "whole $179". I was in there and never saw the stuff: what do they do: sell good stuff to preferred customers? Do they keep track of sales and who bought? Find somewhere else to take your stuff. DAMAGED MERCHANDIZED, OVERPRICED, RUDE MANAGER, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER RELATIONS. THEY TREAT THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS LIKE DIRT. SPENT OVER 20,000 IN MERCHANDIZE AND WHEN I TRIED TO RETURN A DAMAGED ITEM THEY SAID NO AND SAID I COULDN'T COME BACK TO THE STORE. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAS A BUSINESS TREATED A GOOD CUSTOMER SO HORRIBLY. THEY NEED A NEW MANAGER.

DAMAGED MERCHANDIZED, WAY OVERPRICED, THE MANAGER IS A JERK, THEY SHOULD FIRE HIM AND FIND SOMEONE WHO HAS GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS. THEY WON'T REFUND DAMAGED MERCHANDISE AND THEY'LL ASK YOU TO LEAVE IF YOU COMPLAIN. BORDERLINE ABUSE AT THIS STORE. THE OWNER NEEDS TO GET IN TOUCH WITH HER CLIENT BASE INSTEAD OF HIRING PEOPLE ON POWER TRIPS. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
