Rude and Disrespectful Employees! They Will Never Get My Business Again!!

We had my sons 10th birthday party here and we were totally disrespected by the lady handling the party! She yelled at kids, through the food on the table and then as we proceed to leave she interrogates my husband over paying and even after the other employee states that we payed she still insisted on the receipt luckily he had it and didn't toss it like I would have! Oh and I'm white and hes black I told her I was In charge of the party so why did she stop him???

My husbands daughter had her sons birthday party there and all the kids were having fun bowling when an employee who was bowling at the time came over and got very nasty with a little boy because he was accidentally pushing a button and didnt realize he was doing it. She was extremely rude to this little boy. Then the owner proceeded to get rude with the child as well. Then when everyone one wss ready to leave this lady jumped in front of Quinton who was the dad and asked him where his receipt was after the girl behind the desk said that they had paid and when she got the receipt she went down each thing to make sure it was all paid for...this was all uncalled for....VERY NASTY PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE..THEY ARE PREJUDICE
