I would not recommend this shop. The staff seems inexperienced and interested more in selling a particular product or treatment than taking into account the best look for you. The stylist talked me into getting a perm, and she insisted that the curls would be large and loose, however they were tight and kinky - exactly what I told her I didn't want! And it was very uneven as well. By that evening, half of my hair was flat while the rest was still kinky.
