My agent is the best. I forgot to make my payment so I called and they took my payment over the phone, which is a huge time saver for me. Then they reminded me of all the payment options that are available to me. I am meeting with them next week to go over all of my insurnaces to put them all with one agency that I know will take care of me.

I was buying a car the other night and needed insurance to drive my new car home. I have been driving one of my parents cars since I got to WY a few months ago and I needed a policy of my own. The car sales man told me about these guys and that they would get me taken care of. So I called them up and they got me an awesome price. I told them I was still at work and did'nt get off until 5. They said no problem we will stay open for you. As it turns out I did not get there until after 6 PM. THEY WERE STILL THERE! I got my insurance and my car! Thanks.

I have been with the insurance place of wyo since march 28 2004, I have always thought that the fronr desk girl"Dawn was kind of sinppy. But since the dismissel of her in may.The front desk man "carmen"was been so help full and friendly.He even ran over a copy of my insurance to my office,our fax machine was broken.I will tell people about the Insurance place.

In the past 15 years that I have had insurance with The Insurance Place of Wyoming, I have always been able to speak with my agent. She even stays late for me if I need her to. I was buying a new car last night and she stayed until I came in at 6:45 PM to get my insurance card.

I went to the Insurance Place upon purchasing my first home at the reccomendation of a friend who and have never been so disappointed and offended at the service I have received. In 7 months, I have NEVER met or even spoken to Anita, the actual insurance agent, just her assistant. When I went in to sign all of the forms, the agent was in her office and didn't even bother to come out to introduce herself. I asked her assistant if she had someone in the office and was told she didn't. I've been in the office two other times and it is the exact same story. Several times I have called with questions and Anita has never felt the need to call me back personally. It is alwasy her assistant who usually has to make another follow up call or two to get the answers to my questions. I had to file a claim after a tree fell on my house and I have never got a single call asking if I was okay or needed help with my claim. As a customer I deserve better treatment and respect.
