I ordered the decorative Christmas tree. It was a disappointment, but the manager has stepped up and wants to make it right. I will consider buying from them again.

Created with fresh white blossoms and evergreen branches – plus a gleaming array of golden ornaments, gold-sprayed leaves and pinecones and a sheer golden ribbonThey sent an ugly thing with no ornaments. It was nothing like what was advertised. I paid a lot of money for something that was not at all worth it.

This place hardly ever has the flowers that I want to order, the flowers do not last more than 2 or 3 days. They are way over priced for what you get. I highly recommend calling another flower shop in Casper.

My Fiance bought me a bouquet of lavender roses for mothers day. When they arrived at my door on Friday half of them were wilted. They looked so bad by Sunday that I had to throw them away. I know that he spent well over $100 for them and I am very disappointed in the quality. If I ever need flowers for any occasion I will look elsewhere.

I saw 2 different dozen roses that came out of here over Valentines day that didnt last more than 2 days. I believe that for the amount that was paid they should last a little longer than 2 days.

Nates always has beautiful and fresh flowers and the large selection of unusual and exotic flowers are out of this world! Why would anyone ever think about going anywhere else?
