I had my A/C repaired at this shop. Staff was personable and friendly. I was expecting to pay one thousand or more dollars to get my A/C repaired. I drove off with a working A/C having paid $160.00. They could have easily taken me for a ride and told me something major was wrong. They didn’t! Thanks Jay!

I have been taking my vehicles there for years and have had nothing but great, honest and friendly service. They have serviced both my BMW 740IL and Mercedez S500. They have actually told me that I did not need some high dollar work that the Mercedez dealership told me I needed, and have done some minor work free of charge. Nothing but kudos!!!

Great group of guys who provide quick, reasonably priced and HONEST service! I went to Renaissance after a local dealership tried to get me to replace my entire engine. They fixed my car for under $300. These guys are lifesavers. (p.s. I'm a young, single woman and would trust them with my car any day of the week!)

I drive an ML320 and I called Rennaissance to go check out a noise my steering wheel was making.

Two mechanics drove my car to check out the problem. They informed me that I must immediately take care of it as the noise is coming from the engine....the cost would be about $1,000....



I went and got a second opinion. I called another shop and by the phone their mechanic was able to diagnose the problem. He said the steering wheel liquid was leaking and it probably needed replacement. When I took the car to the them, indeed they were right. The cost was only $100.





Be careful at Rennaissance especially if you are FEMALE. They take advantage of us thinking we are inexperienced and clueless....
