I bought a Dodge Ram here last year . At that time, the dealership was very helpful in trying to get me into a truck with my past credit issues. I came back 1 year later , spoke with the salesman that now got promoted , after being there over an hour and a half , and the salesman not even coming over to talk to us , they showed us the door saying they could not help us . I wrote the manager , no response , I wrote Chrysler , no response , I wrote the salesman , same .. no response.
So we ended up with a used demo truck paying top dollar . I will never do business here again or recommend this dealership for the frigid attitude they have showed us.
Sad how dealerships and people treat you after they have you hooked and pulled in.
I would tell people to use caution if buying from this dealership . they are your friends on day 1 ... and that's all .

I purchased a 2006 Chrysler 300 from Chuck Clancy Chevrolet in Cartersville, Georgia. After being assured by my salesman that the service department checks and fixes any problems before putting the car on the lot I signed for the car. Not but 24hrs from purchase the check engine light, throttle light and ABS lights came on. Which means the service departments view of fixing problems is simply resetting the lights using their scanner. I have since bought and installed new catalytic converters, new throttle body, and are now trying to figure out ABS light problem. I also tried speaking with a service clerk at Chuck Clancy about the issue and he just smirked with a look on his face that said "yeah we got you and nothing you can do about it" and made the comment that I should just be glad I don't have emission testing where I live. I also tried speaking with the customer service rep and she forwarded me to the general manager who simply pacified me by saying he would look into it and give me a call back. Weeks pass and not even a call back, talk about poor customer service and satisfaction. I live in georgia where there is no lemon law, I just want everyone who reads this to know what kind of service and product you will recieve if you go to Chuck Clancy Chevrolet on Main Street in Cartersville, Georgia. I've placed reviews on as many sites as I can find in hope that no one elsein goes here and pays good hard earned money just to be done dirty and disrespected by employees and management
