Used them for years with no complaint but the last time they came out the tech seemed confused, spent a lot of time on the phone, apparently started a fire somewhere as we smelled smoke, then left without saying anything. Unit appears to work but when I called to see if someone could tell me what was on fire and maybe come out and make sure that nothing was damaged or dangerous I was ignored. Will never use again.
Need more stars to emphasize how much I highly recommend this company. Very prompt with call backs and service, stands behind their products and workmanship, very courteous and great customer service. Have been using them for 14+ years. They've done full install and maintenance on A/C and Heating unit, compressor, and replacement of all ducts. Great job!

I've used Hilliard's 25+ years and only have the BEST things to say about the business and the people - honest, trustworthy, responsive, polite, timely, efficient, knowledgeable. A family business that cares about my family, too. Would not use anyone else; I give them strongest positive recommendation.
