I went into this store today (saturday 8/30/14) and a middle aged white woman who was working there made no attempt to recognize that I had entered the store. She was serving another customer so I waited for her to finish with him.



While I was waiting a female US postal worker came in and then another worker with a bunch of stuff either to drop off or pick up. Bothe of them entered the store after me and stood in line waiting for her to finish with the other customer.



When she finished her sale, instead of helping me she went to help the postal worker. I told her I was trying to send something over night to my child and thought she could take care of me so the postal worker could take the mail with her when the woman said very rudely "I'm not going to hold them up to help you". SHe looked at me like I had done something wrong. I was there before these other two people and i am not sure why she was so rude.



If she could have said something like I'm sorry to hold you up...but they are on a schedule...or anything but instead she was rude and dismissive i could have understood but she was down right mean. I am a Registered Nurse and had just come from work. I still in my scrubs. I just left and went to another ups store in Durham by walmart and shipped my package from there.



I will be sure to tell all the people I work with how rude this woman was and recommend they do not use this store. I was shocked that someone would be so rude to a paying customer. Shocking. Spread the word...stay away from this crazy rude woman. I sure am going to!
