Great attorney. Bill Shilling was my attorney during the sale of my home. Bill Shilling and his team have excellent knowledge of the law and are very professional. I would totally recommend.

I had used Bill Shilling based on the recommendation of our Realtor. My husband and I caught a few errors and things missed in the contract on our end and when pointing them out was given an attitude and hung up on, despite being correct. Emails and calls would go unanswered/not returned. I understand everyone makes mistakes and things can be overlooked but, to yell at and demean your clients for pointing them out is deplorable. I would not recommend using his services but if you do put EVERYTHING in writing to cover yourself if any issues with him do arise.

As a realtor, it is important to have an attorney who will be professional, friendly and is willing to speak with you on the phone to address a problem or just answer a question. Bill is that attorney! He has a wonderful support staff to assist him as well.
