If you take your pets to these people you're insane. This might be the worst Clinic I've ever heard of. I stopped taking my dog here years ago when I caught them charging me for services that were not required. Just recently my parents took their dog to this Clinic. He was very sick and throwing up. They told my father that they could do blood work but it wouldn't do him any good and they gave him a bunch of shots including Depakote and sent him home. The dog died with his face on his water dish that same day! Anyone with any Common Sense will tell you that the first thing you should do with any animal is run blood work to determine the cause of the animals illness! Depakote should be a last resort. They basically gave the dog a bunch of shots and sent him home so that he could lay on the floor and die. I could go on and detail but the bottom line is no one should ever take their animal to these people. There are a lot of wonderful vets throughout the area find someone else! These people do not have your pets best interest in mind.

They are always polite kind and courteous. And they always treat our two German Shepherds as if they were their own.

I have used Carbondale over the last 10 years with my pets. They have been very nice and accommodating with an appointment I needed, even last minute. I couldn't be happier!! I have 3 small children and they are always happy to help me with my dogs, even to my car.

The people in this clinic truly care about our animals! I took my puppy here today after searching many vets, and I found this doctor to be professional, straight forward, and no nonsense. The doctor and his staff did absolutely everything to help my puppy. They are obviously not in this for the money, because the bill was so fair that I tried to tip them! The kindness and generosity we have experienced here has truly restored my faith in human nature. Our puppy has found his new vet! Even if we do have to travel 45 minutes to get to him. They are worth it! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!

I wish I could give this place a 0. I have taken my one dog here for 13 years and the service was never great but it was convenient. My new rescue began to itch his ear so much it began to bleed. I called the vet and they told me they had no room for emergencies and to comes other day. Apparently that is not enough of sn emergency for them. So, finally they told me to come in at 10. I got there and they stuck me in a back room for 1.5 hours alone. Not one person came in and my poor shelter dog was having a heart attack with all of the sounds. While I was waiting I saw the vet in the back room with her children giggling, eating and gossiping while I am waiting. Are you kidding me? On top of that, they purposely hid me in the back because I called last minute. You are punishing my dog because he had an emergency? Also I finally went out after 1.5 hours to the receptionist and she said " whatever we have other emergencies" very blasé and rude. I left and I will never take another dog back there.

horrified!!! THEY SKINNED MY CAT!!!!!! That's right, I made an appt for a sedate and shave, for $125. Brought the cat home and noticed two huge burn marks on neck and back. The next day it became worse, he was fire red all over the top of him and sides. they said to bring him in, and a woman named Sarah, assisting the dr could'nt handle him, picked my burnt cat up by his neck and shook him and yelled Stop!! now Stop! She put additional nail scratch marks on him!! The lousey dr named Spanelli, gave him a cortizone shot (which did hep), but not before he almost went into shock when I returned home. The cat began shaking and shivering in 80 degree weather. Thank goodness a while latter he got better., but all the deep scratches and burn marks really showed up. I am in the process of taking pictures of my cat. So be leary of cheaper prices and a lot of available appointments. I think those morons actually though it was funny. I am numb. Three people shaved him and apparently did not use the apply product to the clippers so they don't become hot, the place should be closed , and they should all do time!! I am asked to give a star rating to post this!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! I went there for a few months with my 2 dachshunds. I left the area for a year or so. Shortly after returning, one of my babies hurt her back on a Friday evening. I called them Saturday morning, they were OPEN at the time and I explained to them what was going on. She had NO loss of motion and had full use of her hind legs. Pretty obvious that she had a muscle injury. They refused to see her, wanted me to drive OVER AN HOUR away!!! Keep in mind that they are advertised as ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!! Avoid these people like the plague, they could care less for your animals!!!!!

When I called there today about having my dog euthanized, whoever answered the phone was very rude. How can you work for a vet and be nasty to an animal lover that has a broken heart over her terminally ill pet?

Well.....I am not a happy customer. I had a show horse that required stitches and I do not wish to share what he did except for the fact that it happened at 6pm in the evening and I rang Dr. Nebzydoski at 6:15 and he did not return my call until 9:15pm only to tell me that he couldn't get to my horse til' the next day after 8am! I was very upset that he couldn't have called sooner so that I could have called another vet - it was very inconsiderate! My reply to him was that the horse needed to be stitched before 6 hours and his reply was "I'll just have to cut that part off in the morning - it won't matter"! I was shocked and horrified that he was going to cut parts off of my horse that could be saved! Shame on him! I have had horses for over 35 years and I never experienced such insensitivity and rudeness! I was lucky enough to get a hold of another vet at 9pm. The other vet was at my barn in 0ne hour. I cannot recommend this vet and he should stick to cows and pigs as patients!

Doc and all of his staff have been there for my family and my pets for more than 20 years; I don't have to think about going anywhere else bc the staff is thorough, affordable and flexible with my schedule. My heart was broken a few years ago when I had to put my English Mastiff down, but the care and expertise surrounding the situation greatly helped in dealing with it. When money's tight, they do their best to work with payment options, and I've never heard a discourteous word in their office. In terms of answering questions, location, friendliness, hours of service and affordability, Doc and his entire staff are the absolute best in the entire area!!

Highly recommend, they came right out when my horse was colicking and near death, the vet stayed here for hours with her and ultimatley saved her life. I now have some sick horses and they got right back to me. I trust them with my animals .

They put our dog down and it was an absolute nightmare that we will never forget. They didn't give our dog enough meds to put him to sleep. Doc didnt get the whole dose in and left the room! Said they will be back to give the rest in a few minutes. He went into a terrible seizure. I had to hold him from literally bouncing off the walls.Never did give him the rest of the "sleep" meds and went straight to the lethal stuff. He was awake when they administered it. I held my boy til his last dying breath. It was horrible, pathetic,...they tried to pass off their mistake by saying "all dogs aren't alike and things don't always go as planned". We will never get that scene out of our heads.GO ELSEWHERE

When my car broke down while visiting my home in Pennsylvania, I quickly needed a place to board my dogs. They were excellent. Location is nice and property is large, waiting room very comfortable. Only regret is that they still required yearly distemper shots which my NYC vet has said are unnecessary. Very reasonable prices and pleasant staff. I used them a second time and will again.

They treated all of my animals cat and dogs. They did a great job dealing with my dog who was very frightened. They took there time with her and showed great patience. There prices are very reasonable for the work they do. They never rushed me and took the time to answer all my questions.
