Pros: the food had a good taste. The fact that they cook in front of you is fun and very intertaing... They throw food in you mouth.. Its super awsome Cons: the rice be uncooked sometimes and the food is way too expensive

This is my favorite restaurant in Carbondale. The food is excellent on both sides of the restaurant, portions are the perfect size, waitstaff has always been helpful, and the chefs performing are entertaining. I highly recommend Fujiyama.

Great food, great experience. Decent prices for a Japanese steakhouse. Best Sushi in Carbondale. My only problem was the limited capacity. It can make for a long wait on weekends.
