Thats not what I find at this agency at all. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to my insurance. They are always inviting and welcoming when I go into the office. They also review all of my renewals, and will find me a cheaper premium if my policy increased too much, all without me asking!!! I would recommend them to everyone.

The people working in this office are not friendly, and I have not been satisfied, there are many other agencies in town . Frankly I should have shopped other opportunitites and I will when my next renewal comes up.
