I bought my window shades (honeycomb slide down/up) 7 or so years ago. I have always loved them. We just had our upstairs re-painted and I had the shades taken down. I noticed that they had dulled and needed either cleaning or to be replaced. I was dreading getting new ones because of the cost. I still had my receipt from you, from when I purchased the shades, and remembered the wonderful service I got way back when. I called you this week to inquire as to whether it was best to clean or re-purchase and should I bring them in for you to look at? To my surprise the nice person on the phone said they could be cleaned. The painters had taken them down so I asked if you would re-hang them? Again the answer yes. I quickly made an appointment and today your crew showed up. They could not have been nicer, fast, efficient and the cleaning was perfect. I have to say your customer service is superb and very professional.

We spent over $2000 on blinds. They were installed two weeks later than they originally promised. When they did come, they were missing hardware, so said they would get that and call us back when it came in (within a week). Several weeks went by and we never heard from them. We had to follow-up with them. They said the parts came in and we set-up an appointment (with very little flexibility in times that they could come out). But then they never showed. It turned out that only 1 of the 2 parts came in, they only realized that day, and sent an EMAIL half an hour before the appointment to tell us they weren't coming. They had home phone and cell phone numbers, but didn't even bother to use them... if you cancel an appointment you make sure the people you're canceling with get the message! Another appointment was scheduled when they finally received the second part (another two weeks later!), and they didn't show, nor called to tell us they weren't coming. Buy your HD blinds elsewhere!

We have worked with lynne for several years, and she has always come thru for us. She used our existing furniture in ways we never would have thought of, and every time we did what she suggested we loved it.
