I am New to the

Community. I have gotten off to a slow start . I plan to have a very nice Cabin on my property and a nice place to be secluded with Family and friends I choose to entertain here. Look forward to the future snd I am willing to be a team player when I can.

To the Lakewood Property Owners:

As the last President of Lakewoods Board, lets review what's happened! As of August of 2012 there should have been an election recorded where 2/3's of the property owners votes were cast and counted and recorded in the minutes as of the 16th of the month? That never happened and the attorney hired by the real board was fired. This means that the rules and regulations of the By-Laws and Covenants set forth by the Laws of the State of Texas in Lakewood's Charter, making that Chart null and void. Therefore the Property Owners need to file for a new Charter. Don't believe me ask the ATtorney General of the State of Texas or Your County Attorney of Cherokee County!!!!

I would like to apologies for resigning at such a late date but due to a life altering injury to my neck and my doctors orders i could not continue. I will not have anything farther to do with this property because of the people that have taken over illegally!

with the new board of directors, this neighborhood should be able to recover from the bad decision the previous board made.

Not to ever move into this addition. We bought our house because we thought it was a great location. I have never had such awful POA people to deal with. They seem to be wanna be's and not really wanting to help the community but to act like they own everyone's property. I am in awe because of the way we have been treated and how our company has been treated as they enter the property.
