Unauthorized alteration of Credit card slip.Here's something you may wish to pass on to others concerning Quincy's Inc Restaurant.We enjoyed our meals there. However:Because of the size of our group we were charged a gratuity fee. (no problem, happens frequently.) But when I checked my receipt to the bank statement, my charge slip was fraudulently altered with an additional tip added to the amount.Several voice mail calls to Quincy's went unanswered. Finally I reached someone - I had to call the reservation line. After several calls "management" has not been helpful. I initiated a fraud action with my card issuer this afternoon. Quincy's is exploiting of "Out-of-towners" and you are in a position to protect others from this abuse..Thank you (Hide)
