Stay as far away from Omni as you can, after four long years and $20,000.00 I was no better after letting Omni handle the IRS as i was when they started. My original Tax lien was only $27,000. and after fours years, i paid as much to Omni as i am now paying the IRS. After this experience, I have learned the IRS is not as hard and scary to deal with as most people think.Omni will make lots of calls and send lots of letters, but in the end, it is all about the money that they can get from you, your tax debt is a distant second concern of theirs.I'm sure not all tax services operate this way, but as someone who learned the hard way, stay as far away as you can.

Well, they got us too!!! All they did was take the 2 thousand dollars we didn't really have to give and file extensions. They filed extension after extension meanwhile all our bank accounts were levied and levied. Leaving us with not enough money in our accounts to even feed our children at one point. Lots of promises and little action.I actually got more help when the IRS actually came to my home and helped me out. The IRS agent that came to my home helped me cancel the POA for OMNI FINANCIAL and get everything caught up. Sad to say but the IRS is a lot easier to work with then the people at OMNI and you actually get results.

I contacted this company last Oct 2008 in hopes of stopping a wage garnishment and dealing with our Federal tax issues. I spoke with Alan Demke who 'promised' they could stop the wage garnishment and come up with a reasonable, drastically reduced payment plan. After paying them over $1500, they did NOTHING. They stated due to the tax liability, they would need an additional $1000, which was not part of the agreement.We ended up with our wages, specifically my wife's, still being garnished and we lost $1500. After repeated attempts to contact them, no calls or emails were returned. Other than the last call we made, we received an email stating due to our uncooperation of not paying them, they would cease representing us.You are better off contacting the IRS yourself. Even though it can be time consuming, you will get better satisfaction.
