Place itself is small old place, not much to look at, but I decided to take a chance. I left my laptop and about 4 hours later received a call with an estimate. Some software related issue, but what do I know. Price was $129 plus tax. I do not know if it's a right price. Computer was repaired the next day and seems to be working OK. I have called few places to get some sort of feel of what can be done and was very surprised when someone at teletron tried to persuade me not waste my money on something that is obsolete. At first i was upset and called someone else. Well they charged me $80 to figure out whats wrong only to tell me that tv is obsolete and parts are no longer available. Only then i realized, that people at teletron were telling me all along. They could have charged me as well but did not. It is possible that there is still some honest businessman still out there. I prefer to deal with business that some of my friends or family had used previously. But any anyone I knew could not provide me with a service they liked. There is always some kind of ....but. So here I am calling people without a clue who they are. Well... guy that answered my call was a very clear on how they do business, so I decided to give it a try. I pick-up person was at my door in less than two hours. I had an estimate on what it would cost by 5 pm the same day. My data was backed up and re-installed. on my new hd and unit was returned back by following afternoon. I can only share my experience, so still use your judgment, but I have had a good experience with those guys (Hide)

I've never met anyone more rude than a person talking to me at that place. They literally talk down on me. To make it short i have found this place in Brooklyn, nothing fancy but those guys really know their stuff. Very pleasant service and my receiver sounds great.
