This clinic lacks professionalism to say the least. Based upon the previous reviews i had felt confident choosing this clinic to do surgery on my pet. Unfortunately the experience and level of care given to my pet didnt live up to my expectations. The doctor was difficult and showed little empathy when expressing concerns on surgery and cost. Overall I was very disappointed with the experience and would suggest to anyone seeking surgical care to look elsewhere, before giving them your business.

This facility is absolutely wonderful. The ENTIRE staff was kind and professional. I felt very much at ease leaving my dog there overnight when he was ill. They explain everything to you, very clean and kept me well informed. I would reccomend this to anyone and everyone who wants quality care for their pet.

We had an emergency situation and the Vet was closing when I called extremely upset.They told me to stay calm and bring our dog in, they would wait for us. She had to stay overnight and they assured us that she would be fine. They took excellent care of her. They were very nice and they helped me calm down.Our pet is a part of our family and they treated her like she was apart of their family. We are really glad they were still there when we called and thankful that our dog could be treated.There offices are well kept and clean, you feel safe leaving your pet.
