      We had chosen Best in part because of the YELP review and his guarantee to repair at no cost any work he did. It has been a very frustrating experience. The man from Best left numerous gaps when he glazed our bath rub. We called him repeatedly to get him to fix them. At first, he claimed he did not have transportation. When he did come out after several calls, he strenuously resisted meeting the terms of his guarantee, claiming that we had damaged the tub, which was demonstrably not true. When he finally agreed to come out, he tried to get us to pay for the service. Then, each time we tried to make a date for him to do the repair, he broke it, saying he was ill.This process went on over several months until we finally gave up.
