I was surprised that Brookline Cleaners changed ownership in May since the previous owner was there for such a long time! I still gave it a try and the clothes came out with better quality outcome than before! Although it's a bit pricey, they explained to me why some of them are priced that way. For example, why it costs more to do women button down cotton shirts than men's; they explained that they hand-iron the woman's blouses while a man's shirt only takes 2 minutes in a machine to be pressed. I thought it was worth it to pay a little more to get my blouses pressed nicely by hand. It's not like I'm going to do it at home. So, Five Stars for Quality and the Friendliness service!

They are fantastic! I have been using them for years and have never had a single problem. They are always prompt and courteous and their prices are very competitive. The tailor is one of the best that I know about, which is an added bonus!
