I took 3 expensive dresses to get altered and hemmed, and they ruined two of them. One was cut too short, and the other was not sewn as it was originally sewn, AND with uneven lines. I AM SO ANGRY!!! Now I will have to try to fix it myself. I had to give it one star because there was no option for no stars.

I am incredibly disappointed. I have an Arcadia that cost well over $200. I use the bag daily & it's held up well except one of the straps started to tear. I brought it to Right Size Alterations because it was conveniently located near my job. I was SHOCKED to see that the strap had been sewn on CROOKED, with uneven stitching, overlapping stitching, & colored thread that didn't match the other straps. It looked like a child in Home Ec could do, but WORSE. I asked for my money back, which was refunded, with very snarky comments from the woman who did the terrible handiwork. I am NOT impressed & have told my coworkers & friends about this terrible craftsmanship. IF YOU VALUE YOUR CLOTHING, JACKETS, OR ANY OTHER ITEMS THAT NEED WORK, DO NOT GO HERE. My bag is ruined, I had to have the leather straps shortened to reattach them.
