FitZone is a 17,000 sq. ft. state of the art, climate controlled facility conveniently located on US Highway No. 202-206, Bridgewater, NJ. Offering a wide variety of physical fitness programs as well as individual personal training, sports specific training, strength training, deep tissue massage, injury prevention and sports injury management. The facility has a LARGE floating wooden aerobic floor, cardio equipment, free weights and stationary bikes. Fully equipped locker rooms and a supervised nursery.
