      Hall Neighborhood House provides a wide variety of services to assist individuals, families and the community to improve their quality of life. Its performing arts program includes ballet, theater and liturgical dance, acting classes for children, improvisation, production and technical theater. The organization s smart start program curriculum includes college prep classes, life survival skills, vocabulary building, computer skills, job interview presentations, tutoring and mentoring, career awareness and leadership development. The organization operates a small-business incubator, known as New Ventures Community Development Corp, which provides space for startup businesses at low rent costs. The space provides includes Internet access and phone service, including voicemail. Hall Neighborhood House is located in Bridgeport, Conn.
