I have ordered several times from Edible Arrangements at different locations so I am not a new customer. I phoned in an order for myself, spoke to a very nice young lady, asked if I was able to be specific on what fruits I preferred. She was very accommodating listing to what fruits I wanted & didn't want. I asked for a next day delivery preferable in the PM. Not only did they call & say they had left the delivery at a neighbors because I didn't answer the door. I do have a doorbell & I certainly would have heard it if had rang. I am new in the neighborhood & had no idea what house they were talking about, They picked it up from the neighbor & can=me back in the PM with it. Not what I asked for & certainly not worth the $70.price tag. Boy do I wish they had included the extra pineapples I had asked for, they are delicious. I guess I have to go directly to the store to place my order to be sure I get what I WANT!

I have to say the arrangement i ordered was absolutely delicious. It was the freshest & best fruit i ever had & the chocolate covered fruit was amazing. The Staff is highly qualified & was able to help me with picking out my arrangement & customizing it with chocolate. I would highly recommend this store to all my friends & family. And i will definately be ordering again for all my occasions. Sincerely, ONE VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER

Despite the fact that the store closed in 20 minutes. The Staff at the brick NJ store was so friendly & amazingly accommodating. They were able to make & deliver an order for me in the same day. The staff is very helpful & professional. The fruit was so fresh & tasted amazing. I will Definately order again & highly recommend the Brick NJ Store To everyone.

Fruit was tasteless & customer service less than helpful.

I have had several occasions to order from this franchise location. On 2 separate occasions the strawberries were not only soft, but had mold growing on them. I can understand maybe once, but after giving them another chance, the second order was spoiled as well.I would not order from them again.
