I bought the bounce zone bracelet for $5. But, of course they wanted to get on the one with the alligators. That is part of the obstacle course, so I had to upgrade their bracelets for an additional $7; $12 total, because of a group discount. Between the 3 of us I spent $36. There were 4 adults in this group, no one was informed that we would only be able to use of bracelet for 6 of the obstacle "rides" for 5 minutes a piece. I am upset because, I figured that I spent almost $40 and I would be able to let the kids play all day, not less than an hour. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the staff; they did remain polite and professional. I was pretty frustrated, having wasted $40. We will never be back, which is sad because it really is fun and the staff were very personable.
