Customer service goes a long way...but the manager at this branch was more concerned about losing profits. I placed an order online for 4 tires on clearance, it was a great deal hence why I was planning to buy it. The first time I went one of their staff said he didn't have them in stock, why that is I don't know, not really my problem honestly. He was friendly enough and said they will honor the price I ordered online and jus upgrade me to the next set of tires, pricier than what I ordered, better remains to be said. He said it happened before where an issue on their end showed them in stock buy nothing in inventory and was able to compensate another buyer with a set they had in the store. All he had to do and run it by his manager and noted on the new invoice that the price will be matched to my online order instead of paying full price on the newer set. Fine by me. He told me to come back tomorrow and the manager will be able to help me, boy was he wrong. The moment I called I had a feeling the manager wasn't going to price match my order. The moment I arrived ghe manager basically told me he cant match the price and that he's already losing on this order (he murmured) Excuse me? what? I tried to convince him that this is the price I ordered, the least he could do is deal with me and make another offer if he cannot honor the lower price online..nah he said back when I have the clearance tires in stock...complete 180 from what I was told the day before..BS! The manager was oblivious to even try to make it right for all the hassle I went through, but noooo, what a shame. I guess ill take my business elsewhere. It wasn't like theyre suffering at selling tires and no business was coming in. I mean their stock was getting filled up the moment I arrived there, so don't tell me you cant help me out with a decent deal on a new of tires. One good gesture and effort goes a long way, especially to this long time customer. My suggestion for them...fix your inventory and honor what you have in writing (online and through your associates). A deal is a deal? Business is business. Remember? Im jus one customer but I cant imagine those other customers that have to deal with this place. Good luck!! seriously..SMH
