My sessions are built around my client?s needs, with an emphasis on anatomically precise techniques than can reduce pain and relax the whole body. I share information and self-help tools with clients who desire them, but anyone who simply wants to fall asleep on the table and drift home afterwards should feel free to indulge themselves accordingly. My ?integrated? approach means that while some sessions consist of deep tissue, active and passive stretching, and in depth conversations about the fascinating why?s and wherefores of the body, some sessions include relaxing music, long Swedish strokes, aroma therapy, foot and hand work? and some are a mix of both.
