iuseto get upset that not all my items are bought , but im given an understanding , after a few tries they were actually able to . Ive noticed that the people that come in with the nastiest attitudes bout their clothes not being bought are the ones with many worn & stained clothing , even dirty toys & in all honesty if i worked there i wouldnt want to buy them either! a few days ago i spent almost 3 hours in the store,(Busy day for bringing things to sell) & to see all they had to go through that day blew my mind away , from a million people asking 100 questions ,thru the busyness of the day & many RUDE customers through out the day , the way the employees acted towards anybody is beyond words.... Still Amazing , sweet , & calm . I can say this , if people would actually sit there and listened & not get mad over anything without asking sane questions you might not be so judgemental of this place .

Years going here & i can say in the last year my visits have been Amazing , Wonderful Customer Service , & Great Employees , even if for a moment you might get flustered , 3 of the employees for a fact i can say are helpful & understanding . There is Two girls i would definitely ask for help here , a young lady with glasses , which since the first time i met her always has a smile on her face . . I i think her name is Selina & A red Haired Young Lady , I think by the name of Brandy . :-)

Dishonest right infront of your face. Do not trust them or their policies. I will never go there again. The star is just because it is required for the review.

I have been in there a few times, and for what it is, it is just ok. I think some things are overpriced and dirty, and some things are reasonable and clean. For the previous reviewer I think you have to take into consideration that you are trying to get rid of things for a reason, and you have to think that maybe everyone doesn't have the same standards or tastes as you. The people are not overly nice, but certainly not rude, I think they are just overworked, like most people anymore, just cut every one some slack its a used stuff store, customer service isn't going to be the same as it is at the mall.

I went to the brandon location today.

and i seriously felt very uncomfortable, due to their customer service. I went to try to sell some stuff, and to also buy some stuff as well.when i first walked in, the employees had me waiting forever. although they all wasnt with a customer at the time.

I had both hands full, while they just stare @ me, for a few minutes.

finally someone assisted me. then i was told that it'll be an hour wait.I agreed, after 45 minutes of waiting, they came back to me saying that i needed to take my clothes back home, & rewashed it.

i think it's bullshit due to the fact i triple checked & washed every piece of garment before taking it to them.

I really dont think that they wanted my things. im a clean person, and wouldn't dare try to sell dirty clothing. If that was the case, why did they make me wait till almost an hour to tell me this?...

I was very insulted by that statement, and i dont think that was the reason why they didnt accept my sale..

i will never go back there again....

Once upon a Child is great. I find everything I need in one place. Like every other consignment shop some things are overpriced, but overall it is a nice place to shop.
