I have lived here for six years now and have been very happy with our community. We all look out for each other and have a great time at the many community activities each month. Many years ago there was a problem with the low income community situated behind ours...however it has been under control for the entire time I have lived here. No one has has a problem with bullets holes in their home at this time. Break ins are everywhere anymore. Keep your home and car doors locked and the problem will be non existent. Lot rent goes up here as it does in all the mobile home communities anywhere. Swan Lake is one of the NICEST communities around here and I am proud to live here.

I have lived here for 3 yrs. Well kept neighborhood. We have a neighbor hood watch. People are very nice & friendly. I plan on living here for a very long time.

I love it here. I have read the other reviews. I kinow who wrote the not so good ones. I just want to say like any place, you have to lock your doors when leaving. As far as noise, that is every wheres, unless you are way out in the country. Come check us out and see for your self. And you will love this place ,too.

Lived here for 2 yrs & love it. Well maintained, quite, peaceful. I have never had a problem with anything (no crimes at all). Everyone is very nice.

Security is nonexistent though park is in one of the highest crime areas in the county. We've lived here 5 years have been burglarized twice and our home hit by bullets from the ghetto behind the park- Duplex City- which is notorious for gang activity and violent crime.Biggest mistake we ever made was buying a home here. Every year lot rent is increased but no improvements to the park are made. Too many older single wides in need of siding or paint give park a tired and dated look. I would not recommend this park to anyone.

Very poor security , rated worst crime area in manatee county by the manatee county sheriffs office crime statistics definately would not live at any of the communities along 57th avenue

I live here and love it. They really take care of the community. I plan on living here for a long time and highly recommend it.
