We will not be going to this Pets Mart again. I took my pomeranians there to be groomed and one of them came home with an eye irritation. When I called and spoke with the manager, Rich, the tone was accusatory and not compassionate or helpful. I advised him that I had spoken with the groomer who confirmed that they noticed our dog's eye and thought it was just a hair. I confirmed that I had washed the eye and it appeared to be irritated, not a hair. The manager offered to let me come in and buy some eye wash and wouldn't commit to having their vet check out our dog's eye the next day. We've taken our dog to the PetsMart in SRQ for 15+ years and now that we've moved to Bradenton we'll be finding a new groomer for our four poms.

we are regular weekly shoppers and your staff acknowledges us and our pets, we converse like neighbors over fish/dog/cat issues we may have. Brittney in your fish/reptile dept., is the most knowledgable, helpful, friendly associate yet! keep her on as we will keep buying, shopping at our neighborhood Petsmart. Oh, love the idea of the greet from your cashiers as we come in too!
