i have gone to health care america for 5 years and had the best dr that i ever had in my whole life. if you want the best see dr sergio perez he is an excellent physician.

aweful place, they give you pills and send you on your way, without any answers to your medical needs...then bill you for services you never recieved. call and demand payment on the same.

ZERO STARS!! (I couldn't submit review without giving at least one star)I've been inside HCA about 6 times. This place is huge, clean,but mostly empty of patients - to the point of being creepy.My regular doctor's office, which is NOT at HCA, is always packed.I was at HCA trying to find the dermatologist that was "Aetna approved".I found no sign with his name, had to ask another office inside HCA.At their directions, the only sign I found was a piece of notebook paper (!) taped to his door - "Only there on Wednesday's" - NO PROFESSIONALISM HERE!I had enough sense to see my dermatologist outside of Aetna.My skin and health is more important than their money.I eventually cancelled my Aetna coverage, for this and other similar reasons.ZERO STARS!!

My entire family sees Dr. Khona at Healthcare America and we are extremely happy with their service. Dr. Khona is just an amazing Doctor and so is her assistant, Livette. They deserve this super rating. We highly recommend them.Maria, Chris, John and Anna

I went there for an appointment with a dermatologist and HATED it. Everyone sits in a big central hallway and your name is shouted out when it is your turn to go in to your doctor. Where is the HIPPA privacy in this. And the particular doctor I went to see seemed very uncaring and did not spend the time necessary to treat me properly. He also completely ignored my input. I hope I never have to go back to this group.
