Don't waste your time with this company because if you contact them you will be wasting your time like I did. I wanted to have a backflow put in so I could have irrigation system installed for my lawn. Spoke to Ryan numerous times and told him what I was needing it for. He said he would get the permit on Tuesday since Monday was MLK holiday and would be out Thursday or Friday to have it installed. He didn't call or show up on Thursday so I called company on Friday and Ryan wasn't in office yet and was told he was late arriving to office this am but would call once he was in. I received call at 1124 that am and he asked me again what it was being placed for. Explained it to him again and he said got it. Asked him if he obtained the permit he said he was going to do last Tuesday and he said no it would be next week before he would be able to get it. No apologies no attempt to make correct. Now have to find a new company to have it placed and also have to contact my irrigation company and reschedule as they were coming out next Monday to install. Ryan was very unprofessional and per website he will be taking over business moving forward so not sure this company will be reliable in the future. Very unprofessional

Amazing company. We had a fire in our laundry room over night. Thank God it did not spread. I awoke to a flooded patio and discovered water squirting 8' in the air. It had started to burn while we were sleeping and when the plumbing melted it put the fire out. I couldn't find the shut off valve to the laundry room and could not get the main one to move. I as frantically tried, the wife called Griggs Plumbing. They were to our house in about 10 minutes. By that time the fire department had came and shut off the main valve. Mr. Griggs quickly capped the damaged fittings to stop the leak and allow us to turn water back on to the rest of the house. Mr. Griggs said to give him call when things settled down. I asked him if my wife had paid him. To which he replied, don't worry about that right now, we can take care of it later. Griggs Plumbing's speed, quality and compassion is a rarity in this day and age. Because of this, they have made life long customer out of my family.
