I'm definitely NOT HAPPY! I went in for a manicure and pedicure. Before I even sat down i told the lady i couldn't afford much because i was about to have a baby. She said it would be 60 with gel. I repeated, "$60?!" She said "yes $25 each with regular, or $30 each with gel" I agreed I could pay "$60, and sat down with her for a bare minimum manicure." Ugh!
For my pedicure I got the most amazing lady, Vicki. She did a phenomenal job. I told her I wanted to upgrade to the $40 dollar deluxe pedicure, and was very very happy with everything she did for me. Seriously phenomenal.. tipped 10 each lady and my boyfriend came in to pay. They then charged him $77 dollar. Which I said sounds perfect. However as we left. She followed us out to the parking lot demanding we pay an additional 15 for gel on my toes! What??!?!?!?!? I've never been so upset with a place!!! Liars, and thieves! BEWARE!!! AS TO I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!

This salon does excellent work. I had gel on my toes for 5 weeks. The color stayed perfect. Needed it redone because my nails grew. During this time I had my fingers done twice because they grew. The gel stays beautiful until taken off. I had both done today. David has done my fingers and toes twice, Con did my fingers today. They do very good work. I would recommend this salon.

Been going to Bella Nails & Spa for pedicures for a few years now. It was great to see Bella winning the Bradenton Herald Peoples Choice Award for Favorite Nail Salon for 2013, to add to the Herald Tribune Readers Choice Best Day Spa finalist 2013. I did not have a good experience at this salon with shellac. They chipped many times before the 2 week guarantee period. They attempted to "fix" them by touching them up, instead of taking it off and doing it over on the problem nail. They would just chip again. I don't think they do it right in the first place! Plus, they speak in Vietanmese and talk about you, right in front of you!

This place is great! I just had my second appointment for pink and white nails. They have great customer service -- everyone that walks in is greeted by someone. Very friendly. You just do not see customer service like this anymore. Most places -- including grocery stores, etc. act like they could care less that you are there and like they are doing you a favor by allowing you to purchase their goods or use their services. Had my nails done by Michele and she did a wonderful job.
