My husband and I were here in Feb. 2013 and it was filthy. The blinds and trashcan were dirty, the receptionist window had layers of prints on it, flyers were scotch taped to doors and peeling, there was no soap in the bathroom, and the water fountain didn't work. Not to mention the woman who sat down next to me started clipping her finger nails. We waited for two hours and when we got to the exam room I thought things would improve. There was some kind of mysterious liquid in the floor that looked like vomit next to the exam table, the baseboards had splatters on them, the trash can was dirty and the lid was thrown up on the top of the cabinets. And the best part of the exam room? There wasn't even soap in there. Hope the doctors have their own stash!

This is an excellent office for family practice as well as urgent care. I've been a patient for 4 years now and have only good things to say about the office staff, as well as Megan and Christy (PA)and the Doctors.Highly recommend them!

I have been a patient there a few times, as well as my daughter. The office staff seems to be friendly enough, and the doctors have been very knowledgeable and helpful. My only complaint about Greenwood Urgent Clinic is that it is hard to time a visit to their office. Their hours are posted, but they close early sometimes, and the hours are during regular doctor's office hours. We would have probably gone there more often, just can't catch them open when we need them.
