Golden West

Golden West in Boulder, CO serves customers in Boulder, CO. Golden West offers independent apartments and assisted living for those aged 62 and up. We have been serving Boulder since 1965 as a not-for-profit organization and our mission is to provide quality housing and services to seniors of varying income levels, in an environment that is supportive of the residents and the community. The Towers, opened in 1965, provides 252 income-restricted independent living apartments. We do accept Section 8 vouchers. Flatirons Terrace, opened in 2008, offers 54 independent living apartments with incredible modern amenities and services. The Mezzanine, opened in 1989, includes 56 assisted living apartments, for those who need or desire more support and assistance each day. We do accept a limited number of residents receiving HCBS Medicaid benefits. The Golden West Foundation, formed in 1986, exists to raise funds to support the programs we offer and the residents we serve. We also have numerous volunteer opportunities available.
