(More) The movers and the owner of Flatirons were so incredibly rude on moving day that I had to leave the room and stay away from the movers all morning, so incensed was I. I was absolutely flabbergasted that a business owner and his employees would treat their customers with such disrespect. Moving day is stressful as it is, without such added pressure as a hostile person moving your prized possessions. . It was despicable the way the worker spoke to me, and the owner hardly much better. Once they got our money, all manner of cordial regard disappeared. And to top it all my antique got chipped, and the bed was dirty from dragging it along the truckbed. Stay away!!!! (Hide)

(More) This is the first i have heard of this complaint.I have no knowledge of any such problem with a customer.No owner or crew should ever be disrespectful to any customer,there are always other ways to resolve customer complaints.If this was a customer of ours,i would like to speak with them personally.I just wanted to respond to this complaint,and make sure that any customer of Flatirons Moving knows that we would never treat a customer with disrespect.We appreciate every customer,and appreciate your support and business in these rough economic times.Thank you John Korenic owner Flatirons Moving And Storage (Hide)
