Chez Thuy has enjoyed being consistently on the "Best of Boulder" since 1993 and first place in the Daily Camera. Our Menus include beverages, appetizers, soups, hot pots, grilled, stir-fried entrees, salads, kids menus, and vegetarian dishes. All of our menu items can be enjoyed as Dine in or Carry Out. We are on 28th street between Pearl St. and Valmont on the West side of the street. We have plenty of convenient parking in the back of the building
